Every student who applies for Federal Financial Aid at Snow College will be required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Once the FAFSA is received by this office you will be notified by mail regarding any additional information necessary to complete your Snow College financial aid file. This information can be accessed, reviewed, and/or printed below.

Dependent Verification Worksheet
Provide a signed copy (first two pages) of you and your parent or guardian's Federal Tax form 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, or Telefile.
Independent Verification Worksheet
Provide a signed copy (first two pages) of your or your spouse's (if applicable) 2007 Federal Tax form 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, or Telefile.

Student Identification
Legible copy of Drivers License or other photo ID

High School Graduation or GED
Provide a copy of your high school certificate of graduation, or your GED certificate.

If you are selected for verification, you will also be required to provide copies of 2007 Federal Tax Returns. If you are married, but filed separately, then you must include a copy of your spouse's tax return also. If you are single/divorced and under age 24, we also require a copy of your parent's tax return.

You will be notifed if tax return copies are needed.
