Utah Health Scholars
Snow College's Utah Health Scholars program equips students for entry into all healthcare programs. By engaging in a diverse array of academic and extracurricular activities, participants significantly enhance their prospects of gaining acceptance to medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, physician assistant, nursing, optometry, veterinary, podiatry, dental hygiene, radiology technician, speech language pathology, dietitian, health administration, athletic training, and any other healthcare programs.
96.1% of our applying pre-med UHS students were accepted into medical school last cycle.
Overall, UHS students have a 22% higher acceptance rate into their pre-professional program than students not participating in UHS.
Snow College's UHS has grown by nearly 400% since having a full-time presence on campus.
