* Meet with a Disability Resource Center (DRC) counselor.

* Voluntarily disclose to the DRC any disability that could impact your education at Snow College.

* Provide current, complete diagnostic information for the disability to the DRC. It is the responsibility of the student to provide diagnostic information to the DRC. Snow College does not provide diagnostic testing or documentation for any disabilities.

* Voluntarily identify disability-related needs to the DRC.

* Formally request needed accommodations and services in a timely manner. Accommodations and services must be requested each semester.

* Notify the DRC of any changes in needed services or accommodations.

* Attend class and maintain the academic standards set by the college and department.

* Abide by all policies and procedures established for Snow College Students.

* Prior to the start of each semester, meet with the DRC counselor to determine accommodation(s) needed.

* Distribute DRC faculty notices to your instructors.
