All employees of private sector companies with fewer than 300 employees are eligible to participate in this training.

STEP 1
Sign up for the training online or by calling (435) 283-7376. Registration deadline is March 8, 2010. Note that this registration deadline has been extended from March 3 to March 8. ALSO, THE FIRST 10 TO REGISTER ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A NEWLY-ANNOUNCED $120 COURSE-FEE REBATE. The rebate is awarded after successful completion of the course.

STEP 2
The Custom Fit Training program at Snow College has helped arrange for this event. Please review the two-page Custom Fit Qualification Packet to determine if you are eligible for the the reduced cost of the training by partnering with the Custom Fit Program (In this case "partnering" simply means completing and signing the second page of the Qualification Packet and submiting it for review and approval by the Custom Fit representative).

STEP 3
Pay the registration fee ($195 per person if partnering with Custom Fit Training, or $395 per person if not). You may pay by check or credit card. Simply click here for your fill-in-the-blank invoice and follow the instructions on it.

Payment is required by March 8, 2010. Early payment is greatly appreciated.
