Payment Options
For your convenience, Snow College offers four ways to pay for your tuition, fees, on campus housing, and meal plans. Please use the online payment methods when ever possible.

Online e-Check and e-Savings Payments
e-Check and e-Savings payments may be made through Badger Web (instructions below). Your checking or savings account will be debited directly. There is no transaction fee for this service. In the event that the electronic payment is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds (NSF), account closed, cannot locate bank account, stop payment, or invalid account number, a $20.00 return fee will be automatically charged.

Online Credit Card and Debit Card Payments
Credit and debit card payments for these items are accepted for your convenience through the PayPath Payment Service. PayPath offers American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. A non-refundable 2.75% (minimum $3.00) service fee is charged and retained by PayPath for the use of this service. For example, if a $1,000 payment is being made on a student's account, the total amount charged to the credit / debit card will be $1,027.50. Snow College will receive only the $1000 owed for student’s charges. To make your payment online, log on to Badger Web (instructions below). Snow College no longer directly accepts credit card payments for tuition, fees, on-campus housing, and meals plans.

Mail Payments
Check and money order payments may be mailed to the address below. Please enclose the stub found at the bottom of your statement and include the student's name and ID number on the check. The check or money order must be made payable to Snow College.

In Person Payments
Debit card, cash, check, and money order payments may be made in person at the Cashier’s Office (location and hours listed below).

e-Check, e-Savings, credit, and debit card payments may be made through Badger Web by using the computers across from the Cashier’s Office (location and hours listed below).
