1. Class list (to enroll up to 16 students in a class)
2. Concurrent Enrollment Official Registration Form (for an individual student)
3. Concurrent Enrollment Change of Program Form (for students to withdraw or add classes)
4. Course Proposal Forms (for instructors)
5. EdNet Schedule

Deadlines:

May 2   All Course Proposal Forms Due for following year

Sep 13  Fall Student Registration Deadline
             Application and Fee must be postmarked by this day as well as all necessary ACT scores.

Up to Four Weeks Prior To Final Exam        Fall Withdrawal Deadline

Jan 23   Spring Student Registration Deadline
             Application Fee & Registratoin form must be postmarked by this day, as well as all necessary ACT scores.

Up to Four Weeks Prior To Final Exam        Spring or Year-long Course Withdrawal Deadline
