"Do you want to want the fast track into the broadcast media world? A major in Communication is the right start!"

Snow's broadcasting program is one of the best offered in Utah. Professor Gary Chidester provides direct learning experiences for television and radio broadcasting.

Beginning students can enroll in one of four core courses offered through the broadcasting program, specifically: Beginning Radio Production (COMM 1830); Television Production (COMM 1850); Radio Performance 1st Year (COMM 1870); Radio Performance 2nd Year (COMM 2870); and coming soon, Television broadcasting which will provide students with the opportunity to develop news stories, produce, and anchor a non-profit television news reporting station.

The Broadcasting Program gives Snow students the opportunity to study and implement visual and audio communications with their own radio show or news-type video production. It also gives managerial experience to advanced students serious about pursuing a further broadcasting degree.
