TO REGISTER: Complete the registration form and the application form and return them to the DIVISION OF CONTINUING EDUCATION, SNOW COLLEGE, EPHRAIM, UT 84627, along with tuition payment. Materials will be sent to you upon receipt of the registration and tuition. The application fee for new students is $30; the reapplication fee if you have missed one or more semesters is $15.
