Every student who applies for Federal Financial Aid at Snow College will be required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Once the FAFSA is received by this office you will be notified regarding any additional information necessary to complete your Snow College financial aid file. This information can be accessed, reviewed, and/or printed below.

• Academic Appeal Form
  Use this appeal form to petition for financial aid due to circumstances beyond your control such as illness, temporary income reductions, or Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeals.

  Use this appeal form to petition for financial aid due to circumstances beyond your control, such as loss of employment, death of close family relative, or divorce.

If your are attending two schools during the same term, you will need to complete this form to receive Federal Aid.

• Student Identification
  Legible copy of Drivers License or other photo ID
  
  
• High School Graduation or GED
  Provide a copy of your high school certificate of graduation, or your GED certificate.

If you are selected for verification, you will also be required to provide copies of 2010 Federal Tax Returns (for the 2011-12 school year).  If  you are married, but filed separately, then you must include a copy of your spouse's tax return also.  If you are single/divorced and under age 24, we also require a copy of your parent's tax return.

You will be notified if tax return copies are needed.
