Obtaining A Transcript

It is against the law to release grades or transcripts over the phone.

NEW Leadership & Service Transcript Benefit

On campus you can pick up a transcript at the Registration window in the Greenwood Student Center with a picture ID.

Requests for "official" transcripts may be made via mail or fax.

To obtain a copy of your transcript, please submit:

• A written request with your signature
• Your Badger ID number if known
• Date of attendance at Snow College
• Your name when you attended
• The address or fax number where the transcript should be sent
• And payment for the transcript (please see the table of costs)

• If you would like to fax the transcript request to us, we need:
• The same information indicated above
• Your credit card number
• Credit card expiration date
• And a phone number where you can be reached if we have a problem with your card.
