Residence Life Maintenance Request

For maintenance repairs, please use the online maintenance request form, links below. Please explain in detail what needs repair, the location, and your contact information (name and phone number). Someone will be sent to your room/suite/apartment to assist you as quickly as possible. In submitting a request online you will also receive an e-mail confirmation, see sample.

If you do not have the confirmation, your request may not have been received.

Please complete our maintenance survey and let us know how we are doing.

Maintenance requests are monitored regularly and are handled on a priority basis. If maintenance personnel need to contact you for more information or to access your room, it may delay the repair. If your maintenance request has not been completed after 7 days, please contact the Office of Residence Life.



It is important to contact maintenance quickly to report needed repairs. Clogged drains and electrical issues can lead to much bigger problems. Most items reported are repaired at no cost to the resident; however, if items are not reported and bigger issues arise, the resident(s) will be charged for the damages and repair.
