The Badger Den is located in the Greenwood Student Center and offers a wide variety of meal choices. Each day there is a featured lunch theme, offering a home-style meal. There is also a grill station, fresh sandwich station, and pizza corner. For the lighter appetite, a fresh soup and salad bar is open daily. Also, don’t miss our refreshing Smoothie Bar which combines real fruit juice and berries for delicious smoothies.
For a break from those tiring study sessions in the library, students can visit Buster’s Bistro for grab-and-go items such as sandwiches, wraps, cookies, smoothies, shakes and other assorted drinks.

Residents in the new Residential Life Suites or any other non-cooking room are required to purchase a meal plan (A,B, or C) from the outlined below as part of their housing contract. The student’s ID card works like a debit card to purchase food and tracks the remaining balance.

Badger Bucks turns your College issued ID card into a debit card. Students, parents, and friends may add funds to the Badger Bucks account allowing students to make purchases at the Badger Den and College Bookstore located in the Greenwood Student Center cafeteria and copy machines and Buster’s Bistro located in the Huntsman Library.
Residents selecting Plan B or C, will have Badger Bucks immediately on their card to be used to purchase books or other items at the start of the semester even though they may be paying for it via payment plan over the course of the semester. This is a great option for students waiting on Federal Financial Aid funding.
