MATH 1030
Newpaper Clippings
(A "C" task)

Turn in five math-related clippings from newspapers or magazines. Don't cut up the library's papers or magazines; instead, photocopy them, or cut up your own papers and magazines. Up to one or two (but not more) of these articles can come from the world wide web, if you desire.

Staple or glue the clipping to a sheet of paper where you can cite the article properly. The secret candy is licorice. You may turn these in one or two at a time or all together, but they must all be turned in by November 17 in class (earlier is better).
