Bring five clippings from newpapers or magazines. Don't cut up the library's papers or magazines; instead, photocopy them, or cut up your own papers and magazines. Up to one or two (but not more) of these articles can come from the world wide web, if you desire.

Staple or glue the clipping to a sheet of paper where you can cite the article properly (see MLA Citation Guide for help on internet citations) and also annotate it. For the annotation, you must write a short summary tying it in to our textbook or the material we are discussing. You may turn these in one or two at a time or all together, but they must all be turned in by May 21 at 6:00 p.m.
