Readiness Assessment Quizzes will determine your prior preparation. You will need to read the chapters carefully before they are discussed in class to do well on these RAQs. These quizzes will be taken individually first and then in your groups. Both scores count. Your groupmates will probably get a chance to evaluate your participation at the end of the term. The secret animal is the boar.

There will be a lot of information given out over e-mail (possibly including some assignments and quizzes), so it is crucial that you be subscribed to our class e-mail list (LS-red) before the second day of class. Instructions on how to do so are provided here.
