  2. School's name, address, student body size (students in grades 10-12), and the number of students participating in the contest
  3. Each student's name, home address, email (strongly desired but optional), grade, and desired department tour

By registering, the student agrees that it is his/her responsibility to travel to and from Snow College and that the college will not be liable for any incident occurring during travel.

Snow College may publish the names, scores, and photos of contestants. If you or a student objects to the posting of your name, score, or photo, please inform the Snow College Math Dept. in writing. For students under 18 years of age, registration and participation in the Snow College Math Contest gives implied parental consent.
