Payment: Send application and check for tuition and housing by May 5th payable to: Elaine Jorgensen, Eccles Performing Arts Building, #108, 150 East College Avenue, Ephraim, Utah 84627.

Food is available at various places in town including: McDonald’s, Subway’s, Gandolfo’s, café’s, and other fast food places. A catered lunch will be available on Friday. The cost of the meals is included in the housing fee. (You can fix food in the dorm kitchens–grocery stores are nearby.)

Private Lessons: Private lesson times from the staff are possible for flute and jazz instruction, memorization techniques, flute homogenization, etc. on a first-come-first-serve basis beginning Thursday afternoon.

Performers will be required to have two pieces ready to play – one piece of choice and a required piece.
