Windsor Chair Registration Information:

• Workshop is limited to 10 participants
• "Fan Back" Workshop: Registration fee for single participant is $400 if payment is received 7 days before class begins; $475 if payment is received after the 7-day early registration.
• "Sack Back" Workshop: Registration fee for single participant is $500 if payment is received 7 days before class begins; $575 if payment is received after the 7-day early registration.



The following rules apply to all applicants:

1. Applications must be received fourteen (14) or more days prior to the first desired workshop.
2. Full payment is due with application; full payment is necessary to secure your enrollment.
3. Refund Policy: total refund 14 or more days prior to workshop; no refund for cancellations under 13 days.

Registration fee includes:



• All materials needed during the workshop
• Lunch and snacks each day
