Traditional Building Skills Scholarships

Application Requirements:

Applicant must submit a Snow College Application and a general scholarship application by February 1st for new students, and by April 1st for returning students. Applicant must submit a current transcript of credits. (Note: some department scholarships may be available after the deadline.)
Applicants must have a declared major in Traditional Building Skills and register for a minimum of 8 semester credits from the TBS program and/or the Construction Management Department and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 while on the scholarship. Also, all recipients must take TBSI 2700 Fall Semester and TBSI 2701 in the Spring Semester AND a minimum of two workshops per semester.
A one-page letter of intent should be directed to the Traditional Building Skills Institute, Attn: Russ Mendenhall. This letter should include the applicant's school background, related work experiences, community service, and short and long term career goals. Recommendations from previous teachers or employers are helpful, but not required.
