Major Preparation

As a community college, Snow College offers the courses and experiences that prepare students for transfer to other colleges and universities. Almost all majors expect students to take certain courses (called "prerequisites") as a freshman and a sophomore in order to be fully ready to transfer. Snow offers most of these courses for most majors. These guides describe preparation for a few of the most popular majors. If you have interest in a major that is not listed here, please call Advisement at 1-800-848-3399.
