This is the opportunity to learn how to play like the pros; by spending one on one time with them.
Snow College is in the heart of rural Utah making it perfect for a retreat to intensely focus on Jazz.
OVERVIEW
The Jazz Rhythm Section Workshop will give students the opportunity to dramatically improve their talent by intensely focusing on the key issues of the jazz rhythm section. It will also prepare students for a future in music by teaching them essential skills and giving them the opportunity to meet people that have already succeeded in the music business.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Overall Student Tuition: $575.00 by June 27.
After June 27 $50 Late Fee
ROOM & BOARD
$300 or $60/nightThis will cover housing for four days (three nights) in the on campus dorms. The fee will also include two meals on Thursday, three meals on Friday, and three meals on Saturday.
EDUCATOR OBSERVERS
Strongly encouraged for current, or future music educators to give them ideas of how to best help a rhythm section. The auditor may observe, but not participate in classes and concerts. Room for auditors is limited, so first come first serve.
