Members of the Juilliard Jazz Trio have performed with artists such as Freddy Hubbard, James Moody, Woody Shaw and Art Farmer. The 700-seat Jorgensen Hall in the Eccles Center at Snow College is the ideal venue to enjoy this acoustic ensemble. The recent additions of Denson Angulo and Greg Floor to the Snow College jazz faculty make possible the premier of the Snow College Faculty Jazz Quintet, led by Scott Wilson, Snow's director of jazz studies and founder of the online Jazz Education Store.

Vance Larsen, Snow College Dean of Fine Arts commented, "We are very excited to be able to work with The Juilliard School to bring this event to Utah. Our enrollment for this year's workshop has already doubled last year's total. This event, and the Juilliard faculty's visits to our campus during the academic year, provides Snow College and area students with a world-class educational opportunity. Area residents should take advantage of this opportunity to attend these concerts."
