Events with Food All campus organizations must use Sodexho Food Services if they plan to provide food at their event. Cooking items at home to give away or sell at a campus event is in violation of the State of Utah's Health Department regulations. Any food used for and by a student club must be purchased through Sodexho Food Services. The Director of Sodexho Food Services must review and approve of all exceptions. Food costs are based on advanced planning and a guaranteed attendance number. Your guaranteed count must be confirmed or changed 48 hours prior to the event. Only people holding a state issued food handlers permit are allowed to handle food at Snow College sponsored events. There are no exceptions to this policy. In addition, the Director of Sodexho Food Services must approve of any food donated by a legitimate business, in advance |
