Here is a list of the various campus offices that must be contacted in order to reserve campus facilities: Greenwood Student Center (283-7264): This building has conference rooms as well as a large Commons area. The Bell Tower, Quad area and Dining Patio are also scheduled through this office. To reserve any of the above locations, please contact Barbara Nelson (#283-7264). Her office is located in the mailroom (in the GSC). Clubs and organizations will be limited to scheduling this building only once (1) each week with an additional limit of four (4) times a month. We encourage you to find off-campus space if you need more frequent building access. All event set-ups and layouts as well as technical needs must be taken care of through this office. Noyes Building (283-7001): This building has many rooms that can be used for meetings as well as Founder's Hall that can be used for larger events. The space in Founder's Hall is limited depending on your event (i.e. dinner vs. meeting). The quad area outside of the Noyes Building as well as the Fountain area is also scheduled through this office. All event set-ups and layouts as well as technical needs must be taken care of through this office. Activities Center (283-7040): The Activity Center, practice field, baseball fields and stadium all are scheduled through this office. All event set-ups must be taken care of through Robert Sorensen (283-7028) and technical support must be brought in either from the KAGJ or an off-campus vendor. There is a $200 to $400 charge depending on the type of the event. Eccles Performing Arts Center (283-7465): The Eccles Performing Arts Center is primarily used for Music and Theater classes as well as Music and Theater performances. However, you may reserve this facility for a charge. |
