Snow College Name/Logos/Insurance
Collegiate License: All students must understand that the use of the Snow College and its official logos is governed by state and federal copyright law. Chartered student organizations must seek advance approval to use college marks on commercial products or service promotions. In addition, such approval is required to purchase products from a license and the overall design of the material must be approved by the Dean of Students or Director of Student Activities.
Insurance: All club members must have proof of insurance. Those members or students who do not have insurance may consult with Dean of Student about obtaining Snow College insurance. Prior to any activity or travel, each club must make sure that all members are covered by insurance. For activities this is taken care of by completing the Event Proposal. For travel this is taken care of in the Travel Packet.
