Bald Eagle Day
Held the first Saturday every February at the Utah DWR fish hatchery located one mile North of Fountain Green. Contact Bob Walters 801-538-4771.

Rhubarb Festival
Held each year in mid-May in Mt. Pleasant. Sponsored by Mt. Pleasant City, Native Wines & other area merchants. Celebrate with food and drink made from rhubarb. Vendors, wine and cheese tasting, best pie contest, ugly truck contest and a parade of vintage cars. Lively Irish music. Contact: 435-462-9261

Scandinavian Festival
Held Thursday through Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Events are held at various locations around Ephraim. Celebration of Scandinavian heritage includes a parade, smorgasaboard food, desserts, craft booths, exhibits, story telling and music, quilt Expo, performing artists and much more. Welsh Days in Wales
Held the third weekend in June. This is a two-day event to celebrate the settlement of the town of Wales. Includes Dutch oven cook off, quilt raffle and parade.

Mormon Miracle Pageant
Held in late June each year on the LDS Temple grounds in Manti. This is an outdoor re-enactment of LDS Testament of Jesus Christ. Contact: 1-888-255-8860, 435-835-3000.

Lamb Days
Held annually in mid-July in Fountain Green Youth lamb show, mutton & sourdough dinner, talent show. Contact: 435-445-3453

Mt. Pleasant
Hub City Days

Held annually for three days including July Fourth. Parade, rodeo, mountain man rendezvous, crafts, food, entertainment, fireworks. Contact: 435-462-2456

Sanpete County Fair

The Moroni Opera House present plays and live theater throughout the year. Both children and adult productions. 435-436-9300.

Eccles Performing Arts Center
The Eccles Performing Arts Center at Snow College offers performances throughout the school year put on by the Snow College drama students. 435-283-7000.

Arts for Everyone
