Welcome to the Snow College Communication Department!

Students who earn a Communication certificate/degree from our program can expect to become more competent communicators professionally (e.g., for future employment), academically (e.g., at transfer institutions), and personally (e.g., with friends, family, and even romantic partners). Communication students have several career pathways they can pursue upon graduation, and they can also become involved with numerous other professional experiences, on campus, such as:

  • Helping write, edit, advertise, and produce Snow College’s student newspaper, Snow Drift
  • Hosting a radio talk show
  • Participating in a TV broadcast shoot
  • Conducting individual, academic research with a Communication faculty member
