Institutional Research Reporting

This page provides Snow College's statistical information which is reported to federal (IPEDS) and state agencies (Regents) as well as national organizations (WinterGreen Orchardhouse, CUPA, Peterson's Guide, etc.), and the general public.

Institutional Effectiveness Report (formerly the Institutional Portfolio)

The institutional portfolio is collection of information relevant to the College's students, faculty, staff and resources. The publication of an Institutional Portfolio has become increasingly important as the college continues to pursue institutional effectiveness.  The criteria included in the Institutional Portfolio was collected from a variety of external reporting elements and internal requests.  In addition to basic information about Snow College, elements that measure the college‚Äôs performance on objectives related to mission fulfillment, state performance funding, and general assessment were included. 

3rd Week Reports

These are enrollment reports submitted to the State Board of Regents at the 3rd Week of each semester and at the End of each term. End of Term reports are similar in data and format only they represent grading and final term enrollment information.

Graduation and Transfer Rate Financial Aid Information

Annual information regarding the graduation rate and transfer rate of certificate or degree-seeking first-time, full-time undergraduate students. Pursuant to federal guidelines (668.41), this information is to be disaggregated by gender, ethnicity, Pell grant recipients, by recipients of a Federal Family Education Loan or Federal Direct Loan (other than unsubsidized Stafford Loan made under the Federal Family Education Loan Program or a Federal Direct unsubsidized Stafford Loan) who did not receive a Federal Pell Grant, and by recipients of neither a Federal Family Education Loan or Federal Direct Loan (other than unsubsidized Stafford Loan made under the Federal Family Education Loan Program or a Federal Direct unsubsidized Stafford Loan).

FAUPL Postsecondary Report (Perkins)

The report represents the final agreed upon performance levels for Perkins program concentrators. The Federal Perkins Loan Program provides low interest loans to help needy students finance the costs of postsecondary education. Students attending any one of approximately 1,700 participating postsecondary institutions can obtain Perkins loans from the school.

Space Utilization Reports

Reports generated by Snow College using 3rd Week data regarding room utilization rates (hours/per week of use) and station occupancy rates (percentage of capacity/actual enrollment) for instructional buildings and rooms located on the Ephraim and Richfield campuses

Gainful Employment Reporting

Reporting of student enrollment, completion, job placement, and acquired debt for those occupational programs leading to gainful employment.
