Let the music move you with Zumba! A fun workout where every move is synced to a beat, this Zumba® class combines Latin, Country, Pop, Hip-Hop, Bollywood, & Belly-dancing music & moves. Develop cardio fitness and stamina in a fun workout for all strength levels led by licensed Zumba & Strong by Zumba instructor Jan Chamberlain.

Benefits: A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Spin

Spin

This is a group fitness class using Spin bikes to improve overall fitness, including cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Enjoy the group setting, with the ability to individualize your ride. Classes are taught at the West Campus Gym (325 W 100 N Ephraim).

6:00 - 6:50 a.m. with Ashley Thompson
8:30 - 9:20 p.m. with Liz Crouch
Wednesdays
5:30 - 6:20 a.m. with Ashley Thompson

You can purchase a 10-punch pass for $40 at the Greenwood Student Center. Classes are taught at the West Campus Gym, and your first class is free.
