Ephraim spent two years in French Polynesia where he learned both French and Tahitian. Upon his return, he completed his degree at Brigham Young University - Idaho where he learned Spanish and a small amount of Arabic. He has worked in New York City where he interacted with various diplomats and religious leaders. He spent almost two years working for BYU-Pathway Worldwide before joining Snow College as the International Recruiter and Activities Coordinator.
