As you will recall (since you carefully study these Tips of the Week) the library has access to a specialized group of eBooks focused on information technology—the Safari Books Online package. Well, when you are interested in other eBook options, we have a great suggestion for you: EBSCO eBooks is a collection of over 150,000 titles. This is mostly an academic collection with books from presses such as Oxford University Press, MIT Press, State University of New York Press, Cambridge University Press, University of California Press, McGill-Queen's University Press, Harvard University Press and many others. Our collection also has thousands of titles aimed at the community college student demographic.

There are iPhone and Android apps available as well as a mobile interface. Information on downloading and saving pages for printing or emailing can be found here. The eBooks are searchable from the big orange search box on the library’s main page. If you go that route, you can narrow down your search results by “source types” to only show the eBooks. Like all of our research databases, you can also access EBSCO eBooks from this page.
