Off Campus Library Database
Access to the library databases from off campus requires an Active Directory logon. Concurrent enrollment students need to get this username and password from their professor. By default, your Active Directory username is your badger number and your password is your 8 digit birthdate.

Library Catalog - Symphony
Symphony is the portal where you can renew books, place holds, and see your checkouts and fines. The URL is symphony.snow.edu The username is your badger number and the default password is 'changeme'. As the name suggests, please change the password once you've logged in. The photocopiers in the library use Badger Bucks. To add money to this account, go to the circulation desk at the library or navigate to https://badgerbucks-sp.blackboard.com/eaccounts and select the 'register' link. For more help see Norma Shore. See 'Contact Us' below.
Badgermail - Gmail
Badgermail is the email for all Snow College students. An account is automatically created for every student. To access this account go to snow.edu/badgermail . This will redirect you to the Gmail portal for Snow College. Your username is your badger number and your password is your birthdate in this format MMDDYYYY . Badger Web - Banner
Badger Web, or sometimes called Banner, is the access to your registration, student records and payroll.
Username is your badger number and the default password is your birthdate in MMDDYY . For more help go to the registrar's office in the Greenwood Student Center or Jennifer Bigelow in the IT department 435-283-7099. See 'Contact Us' below.

Canvas - Snow Online
Canvas is also known as Snow Online which is your portal to classroom content. Teachers will frequently post assignments quizzes and other items here. Campus PCs log in with service known as Active Directory. Your username is your badger number. The first time you login, the password field will be your eight digit birthdate. Occassionally when students log in for the first time, it will show 'account is disabled error'. If you see this error, please go to the IT Department or call at 283-7099 to enable your account. Printing - PaperCut

All computers in the lab should have a printer installed on them called ‘Black and White’ and ‘Color’.
Step 1. From Microsoft Word click file > print
From a web page right click > select print
Step 2. Select either ‘Black White on papercutserver’ or ‘Color on papercutserver’ depending on whether you want to print in black and white or in color.
Step 3. Walk over to any print release station on campus. Swipe your Badger ID card and authenticate with your Active Directory username and password, this will register your card with the system. Then swipe your card again to gain access to your print account.
Step 4. Select the print jobs you wish to release, and hit ‘print’. Hit cancel if you wish to cancel the job.
Printing from a laptop
Step 1. Save your document to be printed in a .docx ~ or .pdf file format on your local computer
Step 2. Navigate to print.snow.edu:9191 in your web browser’s URL bar
Step 3. Log into this website with your username and password*
Step 4. Select ‘Web Print’ if not already default selected on the left navigation menu
Step 5. Select the ‘Submit a Job >>’ link
Step 6. Below the ‘Quick Find’ bar you will see two printers, select one
papercutserver\Black and White (virtual)
Step 7. Click the button on the bottom right labeled “2. Print Options and Account Selection”
Step 8. Edit the number of copies you want and select “3. Upload documents >>” from the bottom right corner
Step 9. Drag files from the location you saved the file from in step 1. to the ‘Drag files here’ icon or click Upload from computer to manually navigate to your saved file.
Step 10. Select ‘Upload and Complete’ from the bottom right corner

Step 12. Select the print jobs you wish to release, and hit ‘print’. Hit cancel if you wish to cancel the job.
