I attended USU as a freshman, but transferred to Snow College for my sophomore year completing an A.S. degree. I then transferred back to USU and completed a B.S. and an M.S. degree. That year at Snow College was incredible for me both academically and socially. I had no idea previously of the academic excellence of Snow College. Snow College was so impactful to me, that ten years later when an invitation to apply for a faculty position was extended, I did so even though I didn’t have academia as a pursuit. I was awarded and accepted the job and have loved almost 30 years of teaching at Snow College.
