Recycling turns materials that would otherwise become waste into valuable resources.
The Campus Services participates in many forms of recycling on campus. Everything
from cardboard, white paper, aluminum cans, and plastic is collected to be recycled.
Organic matter is collected and composted for use in our flower beds and lawns. We
hope that staff and students will find ways to assist us in recycling as well. We
have blue paper recycle bins located throughout campus in each building and a large
semi-trailer located in the recycling area. There are five blue containers for cardboard
drop off located on main campus and two on west campus. For specific locations or
to request recycle bins call our office at 283-7220
Recycling is a simple way that you, as a consumer, can help out the environment,
create a profitable market for recycled goods, and help preserve natural resources
from being depleted. So... let's get involved!
