Title: Self Defense
Prerequisites:
Description: This self-defense course is part of the Smart Defense training program. This class uses self-defense techniques and skills from a number of martial arts styles including Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai. Each technique was selected with the objective of giving individuals the best chance and/or advantage to either stop a potential threat or escape an attacker. This class is repeatable up to 2 times for credit.
