Football Stadium Campaign

Football is an important tradition at Snow College, and Badger football has a reputation for excellence. Part of this great tradition includes winning the national championship in 1985.  The Badgers were also Scenic West Conference Champions and won the Salt City Bowl in Hutchinson, Kansas, in the 2015 season. The Snow College football program truly provides the only high-caliber opportunity in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, and Colorado for community college student-athletes to play football at a nationally recognized level.  Badger football not only provides a quality playing opportunity, but it also athletically and academically prepares many of these student-athletes to matriculate to successful four-year programs.

Snow College football supports the College mission by providing student-athletes with exceptional educational and athletic opportunities. Badger football is also self-supporting and receives no state funding. The program relies on revenue and private support to help fund all team activity. Gifts from generous supporters will help us continue to provide a first-class experience for our football players on the field and in the classroom. Philanthropy is crucial in helping these student-athletes graduate while competing in our championship-caliber football program. The overall well-being of the students participating in Badger football and the integrity of the athletics program will remain paramount in all that we do.

As important as football is, it is also important to stress the success of student-athletes as leaders in a variety of career endeavors after they leave campus. Badger football players have gone on to lead companies as CEOs, and serve as military leaders, outstanding educators, and even championship coaches. Today’s student-athletes demonstrate the same potential for hard work and leadership.
