Associate of Science Degree in Dance

The Snow College Associate of Science Degree in Dance provides the first two years of a four-year curriculum for students who intend to major in dance. With an associate degree, our students pursue a number of careers, including but not limited to, dance performance, choreography, dance studio instruction, and fitness instruction. 

This degree prepares students for entry-level employment and/or potential further study in the field of Dance through the study of ballet, modern, jazz, improvisation, choreography, dance company repertoire, and fitness. Students with the Associate of Science Degree in Dance acquire new skills in technique, improvisation, choreography, concert production, and dance conditioning and fitness.
