About

I grew up in Seattle, Washington and didn’t find my love of math until High School where I had teachers whose enthusiasm for the subject was contagious. I went to Utah State University in Logan, Utah knowing I wanted to become a science and math teacher so I could share my enthusiasm with students. While there I met my husband and finished my degree at the University of Utah. After graduating, I taught High School math and physics. We moved to Ephraim in 2019 when my husband starting teaching at Snow College. I was impressed with how the college focused on student learning and am grateful I have a chance to contribute to that. Snow College is a great place to be.

My husband and I have three wonderful daughters. When I’m not teaching or running kids around town to all of their activities, I love to read, go on walks, and do yoga.
