Snow College | Alumni

Carolyn Thomson Crabb - 1951 Alum

  1. Where are you currently employed? I have been retired for 10 years now. Before my retirement, I was an Elementary School Teacher.
  2. What are your hobbies? I like to garden and love flowers. I also enjoy decorating my house and reading.
  3. How did Snow College contribute to your accomplishments? Growing up, I lived right across the road from Snow College. So naturally, I went to Snow.  Going to Snow College helped out greatly because I was able to get my first two years of college done.
  4. What is your most memorable moment at Snow College? I ran for Student Body Vice President and won. There was the “blue party” and the “gold party”. Each party campaigned and it was really fun. I had a lot of fun serving as the VP that year. There were a lot of interesting activities. One time, the whole school packed up lunch and went to the mountain for the fall social.
  5. What additional information would you like for other alumni to know about you? After retiring from teaching, I tutored reading for those who didn’t know how to read. Right now, I work in literacy in my church ward through a book club.
