Register

Use this request form to schedule the Great Basin Station. When we receive your information we will look at our calendar and let you know if we are able to accommodate your group. If we are able to host your group, we'll send a confirmation including information regarding payment and what to bring. We will also ask how we can make your stay with us more comfortable. Please note that we are not accepting reservations until January 17, 2022. At that time, reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. After we confirm your reservation, you will have one week to pay your deposit to hold your space, and one month (or until a week before your stay, whichever is shorter), to pay the remaining balance. If either of these conditions are not met, your reservation will be canceled and the time opened back up for others to use the space.

Also, because this is an educational opportunity run by Snow College, groups from the college will be given higher priority in registration.
