ServerPlus is a company that hires entry-level technicians and is an off campus local job. These technicians take inbound tech support calls to try to troubleshoot their customer’s internet connection when it goes down. If the problem persists, the company will send someone out to the customer for further support. These technicians do things like rebooting routers and making sure that the tower that goes to their connection is properly working.
This company trains individuals in training groups that last one week. The job begins at $8.00 an hour, but there is a $3.00 potential bonus based on performance so that employees could be making up to $11.00 an hour.
There are full-time and part-time positions available that are based on availability. Connor Healey, Ephraim manager, shared the company will usually hire more employees during the summer but become better staffed and hire when needed once the school year begins.”
