All computers have problems as some point, this is where the help desk does it's part to help complete the mission of the College. Just about every faculty and staff member uses a computer in their office. Help desk assistants assist Snow College employees with these problems when they arise. Computers problems handled by help desk assistants range from installing software to hardware replacement to completely reinstalling the operating system. Each day brings new challenges. Technology is changing so rapidly, meaning continually changing problems.
