Who Are We?

The Snow College Staff Association (SCSA) includes all part-time and full-time staff at Snow College.

Our Mission

To create a powerful voice for the Staff at Snow College; to work to advance equality, benefits, salaries, status of employees and working conditions; to facilitate communication, understanding and cooperation; to promote the professional growth of its members.

What We Do

  • Represent the staff to the Snow College administration
  • Promote open communication and collaboration between SCSA, Faculty Senate and all college community members
  • Promote ways to improve our work environment, benefits, salaries and professional status of its members
  • Encourage and promote professional development and training opportunities for staff
  • Serve the Snow college community
