About Me:

I earned my doctorate in Rhetoric & Writing in 2014 at Bowling Green State University in northwest Ohio, where I specialized in researching theories of teaching writing to college students. Before coming to Snow, I taught grammar, creative writing, academic writing, professional writing, and writing for education majors. At Snow I teach academic writing and serve as one of the members of the Philosophy department, teaching one of three courses each semester: Introduction to Philosophy, Ethics & Values, or World Religions. Working with students to help discover themselves as writers, philosophers, and as people is the reason I've come to work at Snow College. I'd love to get to know you. Please stop by my office in the Humanities & Fine Arts building, 127A.
