Welcome to Your Hall, Your Home! We are excited to have you live in on-campus housing. To help you adjust and answer some questions. Remember if you have questions you can always contact us by selecting the 'Contact Us' email on our website. You will be emailed your housing assignment but can always log back into your housing application to see updates.
Information for all students:
Student Services (photo ID, cashiers, academic advisors, career services, tech support for BadgerWeb) will be available on Friday, August 21, from 9:00AM – 7:00PM and Saturday, August 22, from 10:00AM – 4:00PM.
A free grab-and-go meal will be served from 11:00AM – 5:00PM on Saturday, August 22. The Badger Den (Ephraim) will be open from 11:00AM – 5:00PM on Friday and Saturday and from 2:00PM – 5:00PM on Sunday.
The Campus Stores will have back-to-school swag available for purchase all weekend.
If you are moving in to off-campus housing, please contact your off-campus housing management for move-in information.

Sunday, August 23, 2020 (AH, CH, MN, NH, SH, & Suites 3rd Floor). Buildings will be open starting at 10:00AM and will continue to check-in students until 10:00PM. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com.
If you live in the Suites, please stick to your assigned move-in day. If you cannot arrive on your assigned day, please contact our office to schedule a different check in date/time.
Please keep the number of individuals who come to help you move-in to two (2) or less in order to keep crowds to a minimum.
You will also be required to wear a mask while you move-in. Please come wearing masks. All on-campus residents will be given a Snow College Badger mask with their move-in packet and we will have disposable masks for those who need them.
You will need to pick up your student ID at the Registrar's Office, located in the Greenwood Student Center. Please contact them at 435.283.7230 prior to move-in day to schedule a pick-up time. The Registrar's Office will be open 9:00AM - 7:00PM on Friday, August 21, and from 10:00AM - 4:00PM on Saturday, August 22.
Your student ID acts as your keycard to gain entry into your building and sometimes your room. After you obtain your student ID card from the Registrar's Office, you will need to activate the card in the Office of Residence Life (GSC 140). You will then check into your room and receive a hard key for your room. If you lose this key at some point in the year, you need to report the loss to the Office of Residence Life immediately and pay for a new key.
Student Leader details: If you are a student leader (SBO, Ambassador, PLT, Peer Mentor, etc.) a specified early move-in day will be emailed to your supervisor from the Office of Residence Life.
If you live in a non-cooking unit/room in on-campus housing, a meal plan is required. There are 3 different tiers of meal plan options that food services provides for students in non-cooking rooms. Students in cooking appartments may choose to opt into a meal plan to supplement their own meals, but are not required to do so. Meal plan options can be found on the Price Guide webpage.
