For students with Fall Only contracts (Aug-Dec), you will need to sign up for a checkout time with an RA to have an inspection of your room and give your key back to them. Sign up sheets will go up on the RAs doors 3 weeks prior to the end of the semester. The last day for you to check out is December 19, 2021 before 10:00PM. At this time all students in Fall Only contracts must be checked out of their rooms and out of the residence halls.

Fall Only Contracts

For students with an Academic Year contract (Aug-May), you may leave your belongings in your room for winter break; However, please close and lock all windows and doors, unplug your appliances and electronics, and be sure to keep track of your keys during the break so you don't lose them. The residence halls partially close for winter break so all students must be out of their residence hall by December 19, 2021 before 10:00PM.
