Next Steps

What do I do now that I have been admitted?

1. Set Password for BadgerWeb & Canvas

The password must be 15 characters in length and contain a capital letter and a number or special character.

  • Go to password.snow.edu
  • Enter your Snow College email provided to you in your admit email or letter. (usually first.last@snow.edu)
  • Click Submit

2. Login to My Snow to access BadgerWeb and Canvas

Use the newly created password to login to My Snow with your full Snow College email (first.last@students.snow.edu). This process requires you to set up two-factor authentication. For further instructions, please go to our IT website.

My Snow: Student Portal to access Snow College email, view outstanding balances, grades, class schedules, campus events, and join clubs.

BadgerWeb: Student portal that allows you to access important information, accept scholarships and financial aid, register for classes, and make tuition payments.

Canvas: Access your courses & assignments.

3. New Snow College Office 365 Email

Each student is assigned an Office 365 email account. Please note that all future Snow College correspondence will be sent to this new email address. You can find more information on our website.

  • Access your new account at office.com
  • Your login name is the same as your Snow College email (usually first.last@students.snow.edu)
  • Your password is the same one you use for BadgerWeb

 

4. Housing

We invite you to explore our Residence Life website to learn more about living options on-campus at Snow College. If you are planning to visit our beautiful campus, we offer daily tours Monday - Friday at 11:30am & 3:30pm to help you gain a better feel for Residence Life.

Snow College also provides an off-campus housing list as a service to students.

5. Financial Aid

The purpose of financial aid is to assist students in paying for their education. It is a need-based program, and eligibility is determined by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Federal Student aid includes grants, work-study jobs, and loans. Please visit our website.

6. Scholarships

Over 70% of Snow College students receive financial assistance either through a scholarship, financial aid, or both. We offer a wide range of scholarship opportunities for everyone. Please visit our website.

7. Advisement (class registration)

Spring Semester: Register for classes through BadgerWeb. For assistance, please visit the advisement website or contact the Advising Office at 435.283.7313.

Summer Semester: Register for classes through BadgerWeb. For assistance, please visit the advisement website or contact the Advising Office at 435.283.7313.

Fall Semester: New, incoming freshmen will complete a registration questionnaire that will be sent by email in March. After completing the questionnaire, new freshmen will be registered for their classes by their academic advisor.

9. Purchase Textbooks

Please visit snowbookstore.com, where you have the option to access your course materials by course lookup or using your Badger ID.
